Whilst I am just like the next person (complex and full of crap), I am expressing this in my own unique way.
I am both religious and spiritual, I love culture. All religions fascinate me. I love politics, and am a closet politician!
To say that I am quirky would be true.
As stereotypical as it is, I love Bollywood! My Indian cultural background very much forms a huge part of my life.
But on the other hand, I embrace my South African culture too.
I love music, anything really, but I absolutely love rave, electronica, indian classical, fusion, devotional.
I can be complex, and intense and morose, but I can also be calm, laid back, chilled out on occasion.
Im not on this site for marriage! I just want to meet some interesting people, expand my social circle, perhaps that may lead to a relationship? Maybe not?
About Her Ideal Match
I am very much into my South African Indian culture, my ideal match would have to accept this as a key part of my life.
It doesnt matter what culture you belong to, you should love it and it should form part of your life.
I am also very religious, and it doesnt matter to me what religion you follow, but you should be serious about a spiritual/religious life.
If you feel that life is for coasting by and wasting away, and getting it easy, then you arent my ideal match.
I am looking for somebody that understands that life is precious and that it has to be lived to the fullest, no complacency.
Whilst I can be very orthodox and traditional, I am also someone who is willing to challenge societal norms if they dont make sense to me. So yep, you must be able to deal with a strong headed woman! I have an opinion on everything!
My ideal match should not be ultra-materialistic, but should have some reasonable ambitions that will not cost you your health, family and everything else in the process of obtaining it.
Wow it would be awesome if you can sing, that would be my Bollywood dream come true!! Just joking!
Somebody respectful of culture and tradition, of elders, somebody who sees the poor and vulnerable, and is moved to do something, no matter how small.
Inner peace is elusive, but my ideal match should be one who is working towards that ideal. Your happiness mustn't depend exclusively on external things. Learning and growing should be important to you.
