Dis tyd dat ek vir eens my ware self kan wees. Ek waardeer dit as iemand die details raaksien, soos hoe ek my oë knip, of as my neus spring, of hoe my mond trek as ek glimlag of die weird maniertjies hoe ek van spanning probeer ontslae raak soos kliphard sing in die kar as ek ry. Iemand wie my regtig SIEN. Ek is iemand wie jou graag wil SIEN vir wie jy is.
Een ding oor my: ek hou dit REAL. Ek wil nie voel ek moet fake wees om jou te beindruk nie. My poep stink ook. Net 'n doodgewone plat op die aarde mens. Ek kom eintlik uit die platteland, maar die platteland was nie vir my genoeg nie so toe kom ek Kaap toe om 'n ingenieur te word. So jammer, ek het intelligensie, maar ek wil nie kompeteer nie. Die Here was sover goed vir my en het my geseen in my lewe met 'n kind uit my huwelik (wat ongelukkig uitgeloop het op die rotse na 12 jaar). Heel vreedsaam uit mekaar gegaan en nou co-parent ons ons seun (9 jaar oud).
Ek wil maar net nuwe mense leer ken, miskien eers vriende word en dit oorlaat aan die Here om te bevestig hoe die toekoms lyk :).

Wees eerlik te alle tye, wees betroubaar, wees sterk, wees respekvol, wees geduldig en hopelik het jy 'n goeie sin vir humor, want ek hou van lag. Ek hanteer die lewe deur daaroor te joke en ek hoop jy is dieselfde. Jy mag maar 'n bok wees vir sports... ek is partykeer te ernstig so ek kort iemand om bietjie die tension te breek partykeer. Balans! :)
Dis nogal belangrik dat ons albei altyd ons foute kan erken en jammer sê waar nodig. Kommunikasie is so belangrik.
Kom ons reel miskien 'n kamp of gaan op 'n road trip en verken bietjie. Miskien kan ons maniere kry om weg te kom van die selfone en TVs en kwaliteit tyd saam spandeer deur dinge te doen waarin ons albei belangstel?
